Indulge in a Champagne Afternoon Tea featuring 20 loose-leaf teas. Enjoy finger sandwiches, tea cakes, pastries, freshly baked scones with cream and preserves, and a glass of Champagne.
You will also be served delicious finger sandwiches with traditional fillings, a range of tea cakes and pastries, and freshly baked plain scones accompanied by Cornish clotted cream and strawberry preserve. You will be served a glass of Champagne to make your celebration even more special. Enjoy The Ritz tableside service, where you can choose two decadent cake slices from our guéridon cake trolley, expertly handpicked to complement your tea perfectly.
There are five sittings for Afternoon Tea every day (11.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm and 7.30pm). Booking at least four months in advance is essential, especially for weekend bookings due to popularity. During certain times of the year, The Ritz produces special Afternoon Teas. We accept experience vouchers on the following days but with a supplement payable: St Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, and Christmas Afternoon Tea from the third week of November to the beginning of January.
The dress code of The Ritz reflects the ambience and style of the different areas of the hotel. In The Ritz Restaurant and for Afternoon Tea, gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie; jeans are not permitted. For The Rivoli Bar smart attire is a must. Please note shorts, sportswear and trainers are not permitted at any time.
